As the former Managing Partner of FuchsGreenbergSapin, LLC in Jersey City (1975–2020), Mr. Greenberg built a distinguished practice representing individuals injured in construction site accidents, trucking and motor vehicle collisions, slip and fall incidents on commercial and residential properties, snow and ice-related accidents, and wrongful death matters.
From 2020 to 2021, he served as Of Counsel at Greenberg & Walden, LLC, continuing to provide strategic legal counsel and trial advocacy.
Mr. Greenberg is a long-standing member of the Hudson County Bar Association and has served as a court-appointed arbitrator for the Hudson County Superior Court. He holds a prestigious 5.0 AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting the highest level of professional excellence and ethical standards.
He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1975 and holds a B.A. from New York University and a J.D. from New England School of Law.
